Individual Membership: $50 Annually
We offer individual memberships for historians, authors and researchers (not-for hire) who require access to historical records to accomplish their research goals. Individual members have full voting rights, can serve on committees, and have the option to add their bio and website link to our member sponsor page. Add your voice to our community and help us to advocate for improved access to the essential records you need for your research.
Professional Individual For-Hire Membership: $50 Annually
Professional for-hire members receive a bio and website link from our professional researcher for-hire listing, have full voting rights, and can serve on committees. Increase your visibility and attract new customers. As a member of our community, you can ensure the issues you care about are part of the association agenda. Your participation and financial contribution enables us to continue our mission of advocating for researchers at our national archives.
Business, Non-profit or Organization: $100 Annually
Our work to support your mission can only be achieved through continued and open access to our national archives. If you are a business (more than one employee), museum, non-profit, private group or association please consider an annual membership. The research and educational services our members provide make it possible for many organizations just like yours to fulfill your missions. Businesses, non profits and private organizations who join our association can select a representative from their own organization to vote and serve on association committees.

Prefer to support our mission by making a financial contribution? We are a not-for-profit 501 (3)(c) dedicated towards improved and open access to historical records which are maintained at state and federal archival repositories. Help us to further research, education and preservation of our nation’s historical records. Every donation counts, small or large. Sponsors who contribute $1,000 or more annually will receive a sponsorship link/logo on our homepage. Sponsors (annual donors) may select one representative from their own organization to vote and serve on association committees.
